Who is at home in Nesting Boxes at Crusio Reservoir?

Better late than never to share some pictures of the Bendigo Family Nature Club's outing to Crusio Reservoir late November.  It was a special day visiting the creatures living in nesting boxes, hosted by Mark the City of Bendigo Ranger.

Nesting boxes are a long way up!  But using technology and little spying camera's we were able to see what was living inside.

A special guest speaker was Maurie Lewis who checks out the nest - boxes around Golden Square and Diamond hill area, from the Bendigo Field Naturalists.

Back at the shelter we were able to view taxidermist specimens of bats, sugergliders and owls
